1. By registering to play in ODI Selector, all entrants are bound by the terms and conditions listed below. For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the term ODI Selector applies to the ODI Selector contest and all other contests/games/competitions being offered on the site at any time.
2. AMC reserves the right to cancel or amend ODI Selector as well as these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted within these Terms and Conditions.
3. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, results & all other matters relating to ODI Selector, AMC’s decision shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

Qualifying Entrants

4. There is no age limit to register for ODI Selector. However, participant(s) must be 18 years of age or above in order to be eligible for any prizes. Participants below the age of 18 must show proof of legal guardian to claim their prize.
5. By registering for ODI Selector, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.
6. AMC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

Competition Entries

7. Only one entry per registered email address is permitted. However, if the same individual has more than one entry registered through different unique email addresses, he or she is not eligible for more than one prize for a particular day or series in case of a win being recorded by more than one of his or her entries.
8. Competition entries must be completed in full and made in the manner and by the closing date specified on the contest deadlines. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
9. Proof of dispatch cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. AMC cannot accept responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorized access to entries, or entries lost or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control.

Prizes

10. Tie-breakers will be judged by AMC. In all matters, the decision of the judge shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
11. Prize winners will be notified via email within 30 days of the conclusion of a particular contest/series/tournament. AMC is not responsible or liable for any electronic message bouncing from their side as well the recepient's side. Furthermore, AMC is not responsible or liable for the return of any prize notification as undeliverable or being delivered to spam or trash folders. Failure to reply with the required information via email within 14 days of the notification date or dispatch of the notification email will result in disqualification and the winner will no longer be eligible for the prize. This may or may not result in the selection of an alternate winner. If more than one prize is awarded only one prize per entrant will be awarded. Competition winner(s)' names will be published in the Hall of Fame Section on the ODI Selector website
(http://www.odiselector.com/halloffame.html).
12. Claims for prizes must be made in the manner and within the time specified in the contest rules. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and/or selection of an alternate winner.
13. In the case where prizes for any tournament, series, or contest are sponsored by an individual, association of persons (AOP), partnership, group, company, organization etc., AMC is not responsible or liable for any delay or default in prize distribution stemming from any action(s) of those individuals, association of persons (AOP), partnerships, groups, companies, organizations etc. In the case where AMC is sponsoring the prizes, AMC is not liable or responsible for delay or default in prize distribution from any action whatsover on its part. The fulfillment/distribution/dispatch of Prizes to the prize winners will be within 60 Days after a delivery address confirmation has been received via email by AMC from the prize winner.
14. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. AMC reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
15. AMC reserves the right to request written proof of residency and age of any winner before the prize is dispatched.
16. All taxes, insurances, transfer fees & costs, traveling expenses (including but not limited to lodging, spending money, meals, personal expenses, upgrades etc. as the case may be, unless specifically stated) are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. In the case where a prize has been mailed out by AMC, has been received by the winner and is sent back by the winner for whatsoever reason (including but not limited to redemption of certificates or vouchers, exchanges etc.) the courier/mailing costs incurred by the winner for sending the prize back to AMC as well as those incurred by AMC for sending out the prize back to the winner are the sole responsibility of the prize winner, unless otherwise stated by AMC.

Liability

17. AMC cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant entering the competition or as a result of accepting any prize. AMC is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet, telephone lines or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Competition.
18. By entering, participants agree that no claim relating to such losses or injuries (including special, indirect and consequential losses) shall be asserted against Sponsor(s), AMC, its parent companies, affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance or user of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage.

Data Protection and Publicity

19. Participants/Winners may be requested to take part in promotional activity and AMC reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners, their photographs and audio and/or visual recordings of them in any publicity.
20. Unless otherwise indicated, AMC shall deem the information voluntarily supplied non-confidential, which hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality. AMC is free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the information to third parties without limitation.

TEAM NAMES & PLAYER LISTS

21. AMC reserves the right to refuse team/league names that have been duplicated or are felt, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive or in any way harming the credibilty and reputation of the site, its users and/or AMC. Users indulging in such practice(s) may also be subject to being disbarred from the site permanently and having their accounts deactivated/revoked immediately without any prior notice. Unsuitable names shall be deleted or amended in the manner best deemed fit by AMC.
22. The players included on the selection list and their ratings have been determined arbitrarily. AMC shall not enter into any correspondence relating to details of the selection list, nor will it accept the inclusion into a team of any player not on the selection list. New players will be introduced into the game as felt appropriate.
